Preservation of our lands and future generations…

For years, our way of working has been directed to a reasoned approach, respecting the soil, the environment and focusing on preserving the lands.

Since 2019, we chose the « HVE3 » certification, meaning High Environmental Value, and conversion to organic agriculture.

Organic agriculture values the respect for life. We commit to practise a culture without artificial fertilizers, herbicides, or any synthetic chemical products. This way of conducting the vineyard aims to regain and respect natural balances to strengthen the plant’s natural defences.

The vinification is regulated as well. The new European workbook « Organic Wine » defines all conditions related to the organic wine production. Among all the implemented rules, we could highlight the restriction of inputs and sulphites’ reduction.
